Superstream is a platform that enables users to send and receive tips using cryptocurrency (USDC on Solana blockchain) to content creators. The service provides tip links, real-time notifications, and overlay functionality for streamers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the system
• You will not use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities

4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

All tips are sent as USDC on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Superstream does not control the blockchain and cannot reverse completed transactions.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks including but not limited to: market volatility, network congestion, and potential loss of funds.

5. Third-Party Services

Superstream integrates with third-party services including MoonPay for cryptocurrency purchases. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Superstream is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party services.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Limitation of Liability

Superstream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
